Local ingredients grown and reared exclusively for Baos, enhanced by our executive chef’s passion for regional flavours and a flair for innovation, are integral to our seasonal menus. Using molecular and fusion techniques, he creates dishes that taste even more spectacular than they look.

And for those who want to taste the freshest catch and finest produce in their pure form, exceptional sushi is prepared by our resident itamae chef who is a pleasure to watch as he wields his sashimi knife with surgical precision and seemingly effortless ease.
